Description

Retrospective meeting is one of very critical ceremony in scrum, yet many teams fail to use it effectively. Yes! it is really HARD and PAINFUL to see issues, acknowledge them in a forum, deep dive into root cause, find actionable items and finally to follow them completely in a team.
