Biographie

Asheesh Mehdiratta, Change Evangelist, has been coaching software project teams in their agile and lean journeys since last 15 years. He has been working in high technology environments, across startups and Fortune 500 enterprises, managing product portfolios and consulting executives. Asheesh loves to inspire Agile warriors at the bottom of the pyramid, while advising stakeholders in their quest for Enterprise agility. Asheesh holds a Computer Science degree, and a Masters in International Business from IIFT, Delhi and is a Project Management Professional and a Certified Scrum Master.

Description

Balanced Scorecard has traditionally been used across multiple industries for managing the organization performance towards the achievment of it's strategic goals. This session will introduce key performance indicators for a Balanced Scorecard in an Agile context, which can lead to similar strategic focus and organizational alignment and how to capture the typical agile metrics in the overall Balanced scorecard for software projects.
