The entire session can be divided into 3 parts. The first part is about 45 minutes, this part is for every individual and especially for those who think that Agile doesn't work for them. The second part concentrates on a case study. On the contrary to the Agile practicing, I've a plan to share a case study for about 15 to 20 minutes. The next 25 minutes is for Q&A. This session is specially beneficial for the participant if their work environment is not practicing the Agile methodology. By the end of this session, participants would get clear thoughts about how to customize Agile to the best of their needs. Iteration Modeling, Review Modeling, Test Modeling and Release Modeling are the few topics that are covered throughout the session. Prerequisites
Basic level of understanding about Life Cycles and any information about different methodologies that are currently in practice would be an added advantage Benefits for the attendees
The take-aways from this session are about how to customize the process to the best suited for their needs and bring the agility in their process to travel towards the next level of early visibility of their efforts. Every individual would realize the value of business that Agile brings into their process. The information about different levels of Agile reporting.
