Biographie

My name is Mahesh Varadharajan, 25/M. I work as an Agile Evangelist at Ericsson India Global Services Private Limited, R&D center, Chennai. I am a Certified Scrum Master, ScrumAlliance. I have 4.4 years of total work experience with 2 years as an Agile Practitioner in Ericsson. Since 1st July 2011, I have become an Agile Evangelist concentrating on evangelising Agile practices in my organization, guiding & supporting Agile teams, people managers, etc.... I have trained laterals in our organization on Agile development practices. I facilitate Retrospectives of Agile teams & also guide Sprint Planning. As an Agile Practitioner & then an Evangelist, I have been able to get a lot of insights on Agile & would be able to share my experience on such forums.

Description

I am focusing on the Stream: Agility Redefined - Retrospect-Innovate-Establish with a special reference to title "Not Re-inventing the Wheel Again - Agile Developers Create their own identity". I would be sharing my experience focusing on the Practices to Principles to Values and the journey of Agile Developer in passing through one stage to another. Also would touch upon the fact that "Agile Grows Up" with some insights on our Agile journey.
