Biographie

Ramesh Donnipadu is Vice-Prersident, Technology at United Online Software Development India Ltd, Hyderabad. He has been building, architecting and managing large scale software systems since 1993. He has built and led high performance software engineering teams. As a Certified Scrum Master and Agile enthusiast he helped his organization in the large scale, multi-site agile adoption.

Description

This session presents a check list of questions to consider by the organizations planning embracing Agile. Traditional Agile training courses and books focus on basics of Agile methodologies and introduce the audience to the ceremonies. This session discusses larger organizational challenges involved and offers a few suggestion to overcome them.
