Becoming a Great Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Biography
Help Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches etc. think their way through handling potentially difficult situations including emotional blow-outs etc.
-- Biographie - unclear if you want the objectives or my Bio?Description
Becoming a great Scrum Master. Through a series of role plays and discussions we will work on discovering what it takes to play the role of Scrum Master on an Agile team. It will be fun, interactive and give a new perspective on handling challenging situations.
I will create a four situations based on my experience Coaching and Training Scrum - we will roleplay each scene and then audience members can take turns acting as Scrum Master (or Coach), and try to help improve the situation.
For each situation I will provide a basic background that I share with everyone and short personal briefs for each actor in the situation. The briefs will include notes about how that person feels/what is affecting them at that moment.
Once we've seen the scene acted out, I will ask the audience for ideas in how to coach it.
If it seems right I might even ask the actors to play out their reaction to the coaching.
Workshop can be scaled to fit your needs but I need to have a rough idea of the number attendees in advance. If more 50, I will need to recruit another coach (from the local community) to support. Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum. Benefits for the attendees
Practice thinking through how to handle challenging situations before the blow up. |
