I am a recruiter with Equal Experts India Pvt. Ltd, an Agile organization.
Before joining Equal Experts, I worked for 4yrs with ThoughtWorks Technologies Pvt. Ltd as a recruiter as well as Staffing Manager.
I have good experience of working in these support functions for Agile firms.
The conference is aimed primarily at recruiters of organizations which are moving from a traditional waterfall approach to an agile approach.
It will focus on the qualities that recruiters need to look out for in candidates while selecting them for their Agile companies. Since Agile is as much a philosophy as a methodology, recruiters need to hire people with the right mindset (..rather than just technical expertise..).
The conference will focus on what recruiters need to look out for.
