Priyank is new-agey consultant of process, quality and tools (application). In this role, Priyank is responsible for constituting providers/projects in identifying, defining and evangelizing into practice high performance software and service practices based on the principals, concepts and manifesto of PMP, CMMI and Agile. His work includes training, mentoring and assessing teams and help teams in improving their contribution to customers in the domains of software engineering and IT services. Priyank holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and SEI - Certification on ‘Introduction to CMMI’ and pursuing ‘PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner’, and presented in top industry forums on Metrics and Scrum-Agile. In his stint he enjoyed various roles like Product Owner, Business Analyst, Database, and Process & Quality Analyst. He worked at Cybercom Datamatics for Sony Ericsson Mobile Corporation, ASSA ABLOY & Canon Asia in setting up offshore delivery services and testing services. Prior to joining Datamatics, he worked for LearningMate Solution, as Quality Analyst for implementing process improvement efforts using CMMI and Agile practices for Publishing houses like McGraw Hill, Pearson, Nelson, John-Wiley for e-Learning projects & at Zoom Developers, as Sr Software Engineer for System Business Analysis to Gov of India IT/Energy Dept for e-Governance, ERP-MIS, Smart Card projects & at TH , as Software Engineer for System Business Analysis to Gov and Private Societies for Banking and Finance projects. Priyank has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University.


The session will involve overview to metrics and best practices. It will address who, how and what of metrics. In 80-90 minutes I am planning to present correct ways of Metrics with overview to some of the core measure like Schedule, Cost, Efforts. Lean & Agile metrics like Ideal time, Burn-Down, Burn-up, Velocity, Feature Velocity, Earned Value Realization, Zero defects DRE and The Technical Dept. Presentation would also address Deploying, Monitoring and Control related queries of an agile aspirant & open source tool usage for knowing technical dept. Q & A for 5-10 minutes at end.
